It's Day 4 of the Public Service Continuity Plan (PSCP) tabletop workshop! After a 2-day brainstorming and collaboration, the workshop has now started with the updating of the PSCP.
It will begin with the Section 8 (Identification of Mission Essential Function and Recovery TIme Objectives) Workshop, followed by Section 10 (Continuity of Strategies of Identified MEF) Workshop and Presentation of Enhanced/Updated Output to the Plenary with Open Forum, and last but not the least, the Continuation of Enhanced/Updated Output to the Plenary with Open Forum.
With this, all departments shall inaugurate a structured and effective plan to ensure continuous delivery of public services amidst any disruption.

The Public Service Continuity Plan (PSCP) Tabletop Exercise is now on its second day. This is being led by the OCD-CAR and CDRRMO Baguio trained personnel to establish continuity of service in the city and strengthen the disaster risk reduction and mitigation in case of emergencies and unprecedented disasters/risks.
To ensure systematic and coherent city response to serve its citizens, the participants were given a scenario, and each office will identify and develop a strategy to ensure continuity of service. This shall establish effective management and promote good.

With the Formulation of LGU Baguio Public Service Continuity Plan (PSCP) Workshop concluded September 6 - 10 last year, and was approved on November the same year, a tabletop exercise will be held this April 26 - 29 at Hotel Elizabeth, Baguio City, to test if the formulated PSCP would be effective in case of emergencies and unforeseen risks.
Led by the CDRRMO Baguio, this tabletop exercise and updating of the PSCP shall establish continuity and help systematize the city’s response to disaster risk reduction and mitigation to serve its citizens better and promote good governance even in the face of emergencies, crises, and/or disasters.
